Carol is very professional realtor, it was such a pleasure working with her to listed my house. From preparing my house, cleaning, staging, taking photos and open house, she was there for every steps and care about all details, which shows my house big good difference, and helped me got buyers’ offers after the first weekend open house. I got her updates time to time during whole transaction processing, till finally closed.

Carol helped us with the purchase of our first home in Newark. She is very patient and professional. She went through everything in details with us since we were the first time buyer. Carol knew precisely what we need and listed all pros&cons of the properties we are interested. We are very satisfied with the purchase that it went fast and smoothly. Carol is an incredibly focused and intelligent real estate agent. Without even asking she compiled a study of the area we wanted to live in which included not only the school district rating but also an analysis's of recent sales and listings within neighborhoods she recommended and also neighborhoods of our choosing. We could not have found a better agent who had the patience and knowledge to find the beautiful home we now live in. My cousin listed his home through her based on our recommendation and she was a wealth of information as to what he needed to know and do to get the best price for the sale of his home. After researching/interviewing other real estate companies and agents bar none she was the best both personality and knowledge wise!!!

She greeted us during one of our open house visit. After a few times meet, she quickly understood our needs and started to show some good candidates. For each house, she analyzes the pros and cons. Without her help, we won't be able to quickly get our current home in a seller's market. She is pretty rational on the price while putting down the offer.

She is friendly, patient, and responses quickly. Five star service overall.
